How do I choose the right license?
There is only one license type. Select the number of users that will use BBToolsets in your firm.
What counts as a user?
A user is an individual person who will use BBToolsets in your firm (not a position, job title, shared login, or concurrent seat).
My firm has multiple offices. Do we need a separate license for each?
We consider a "firm" to be a legal entity. If all your offices are under one legal entity, you need one license covering the total number of users across all offices.
We recently exceeded our user count. Can we add users?
Yes. We can add users to your existing license. Use the Request a Quote form with details and we'll sort it out.
Can we push this out to desktops automatically?
Yes, but this requires scripting and networking knowledge specific to your environment. See our corporate installation guide and the Bluebeam Revu Deployment Guide.
Is BBToolsets owned by Bluebeam?
No. BBToolsets and Aggregate Digital LLC are not affiliated with Bluebeam, Inc. or the Nemetschek Group. We are an independent company making helpful tools for architects.
What version of Bluebeam Revu do these tools require?
We've tested on Bluebeam Revu 12 through Revu 21, and on the iPad version. The auto-scaling features require Revu 2015 or later. The tools work on the Basics, Core, Complete, and Max plans.
What if I can't get the tools to work?
