Hatch patterns and Revu profiles are the same in both — the free set is not a crippled version of the paid one. The difference is that the paid tools let you draw a lot more.
On a Mac? Markup tools, symbols, sketch templates, and submittal stamps work in Bluebeam Revu for Mac. Line styles, hatch patterns and the scaled tools do not. Bluebeam ended Mac support in 2023 so these features will never be added.
