How do I choose the right license?
Choose based on the number of devices you plan to install on. If you're an individual or small firm with 5 or fewer devices, the Personal License ($79) is the right choice. For larger firms, choose the tier that covers your device count.
What counts as a device?
A device can be a laptop, desktop, tablet, or phone. For example, the Personal License lets you install on your work laptop, home laptop, tablet, and phone — that's 4 devices, well within the 5-device limit.
My firm has multiple offices. Do we need a separate license for each?
We consider a "firm" to be a legal entity. If all your offices are under one legal entity, you need one license covering the total number of devices across all offices.
We recently exceeded our device count. Can we upgrade?
Yes. We offer upgrade discounts based on the price you paid for your current license. Contact us with details and we'll sort it out.
Can we push this out to desktops automatically?
Yes, but this requires scripting and networking knowledge specific to your environment. See our corporate installation guide and the Bluebeam Revu Deployment Guide.
Is BBToolsets owned by Bluebeam?
No. BBToolsets and Aggregate Digital LLC are not affiliated with Bluebeam, Inc. or the Nemetschek Group. We are an independent company making helpful tools for architects.
What version of Bluebeam Revu do these tools require?
We've tested on Bluebeam Revu 12 through Revu 21, and on the iPad version. The auto-scaling features require Revu 2015 or later. The tools work on the Basics, Core, and Complete plans.
What if I can't get the tools to work?
Contact us and we'll try to help via email. If we can't get them working for you, let us know within 30 days for a full refund.
